Terms and conditions

1. By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to the terms of the entry form and the competition rules and certifies that the work is their own and doesn’t use any copyright material (e.g. pictures, video or music)
2. Photos and captions must be uploaded before 5pm, Tuesday 2 April 2024
   - No late entries will be considered
   - Only one entry per person will be accepted
   - Entries containing offensive languages and/or materials will be disqualified
3. Entrants must be eligible to vote in Victorian state elections and must be aged between 18 and 30 (inclusive) in the year 2024.
4. All entrants are required to provide certain personal information to complete an entry form. This personal information will be used only for the purposes of the competition and within all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
5. Prize-winning entries will be posted on the Victorian Parliament’s website and social media and may be displayed at Parliament House. Other entries may also be used on the Victorian Parliament’s website and social media and in a display at Parliament House. By submitting an entry, you are consenting to the publication of your name, photograph and written material that you submit.
6. The competition is operated and managed by the Parliament of Victoria.
   - Immediate family members of the Parliament of Victoria, staff of members of the Parliament of Victoria, and employees of the Parliament of Victoria are ineligible to enter
7. Entries will only be used for the purposes of this competition and the social media, website and displays associated with the competition.
